I wanted to invite you for a sneak peek into what a coaching session with me might look like. What are the types of things I ask and what are things I want you to think about during our time together?
I created a short video (less than 4 minutes!) where I walk you through some self-assessment questions. This is something I do with my clients when we first start working together so we both can get a sense of where they want to be and where they are in their process.
See, when you come to me I want to make one thing abundantly clear: we will be working on what’s important to you to work on. My job is to guide you through to the person – with food, nutrition, body, exercise, etc. – you want to be! I love getting to know you in the process and seeing you shine.
