In my previous life, I worked in marketing at a large corporate law firm. I was pretty antsy doing this, and started working as a personal trainer and group exercise instructor in my spare time. After deciding that was way more fun than whatever happened in my cubicle, I decided to leave my job and be a personal trainer full-time.
I always had a serious interest in fitness and nutrition, growing up being active and cooking with my family. It wasn’t until I was in the fitness industry full-time and had time to clear my head that I decided more people needed to know the impact good nutrition can have on a life, and I wanted to be the one to tell them.
As a registered dietitian, it’s my duty (and honor) to work with you to navigate the world of nutrition and figure out how to make it work for you. Food should be a source of happiness and energy! I believe in a non-elimination, individualized approach to nutrition.
