Even though the calendar said it was fall last week, it really feels like it now that October has arrived!
I love all the fresh produce that summer brings, but fall is when I come alive in the kitchen. The cooler temps mean I can finally turn on my oven again! There’s something magical about roasted veggies, chili simmering on the stovetop, and pumpkin quick bread baking in the oven. Those fall flavors just hit different, right?
Today, I’m excited to share a round-up of some of my favorite October recipes. Now, while I may be a dietitian, I’ll admit that recipe development isn’t my strong suit (my husband is the one who works magic in the kitchen with his “little bit of this, little bit of that” approach). One day, I’ll figure out how to properly record it all to share with you!
